I contacted my bank and was told everything is normal. I was told that they are having trouble refunding the money back to my card, so a gift card was already sent out to me(have not received the gift card). I contacted them yesterday to see the status of my refund since it has been a little over a month. I made a purchase for a down jacket back in December of 2019 and returned the item early March of this year.
